All Prospective Tenants Must Provide 3 References:

• Bank or Building Society
• Current/Previous Landlord
• Current Employer

Fees & Charges

• Prospective tenants will be required to pay one month's rent in advance
• Security Deposit - one month's rent plus £100
• Administration Fee per tenant - £100 plus VAT
• Additionally, most banks and building societies make a charge for providing written financial references, usually in the region of £6 - £12
