Information for Tenants

All Prospective Tenants Must Provide 3 References:

• Bank or Building Society
• Current/Previous Landlord
• Current Employer
• Some tenants may be asked to provide a Guarantor who must be a UK home owner

Fees & Charges

• Prospective tenants will be required to pay one month’s rent in advance
• Security Deposit − six weeks rent
• Administration Fee per tenant − £150 plus VAT
• Additionally, most banks and building societies make a charge for providing written financial references, usually in the region of £6 – £12
